Mindful Awareness

All mindfulness practices center around Awareness, because until you
are aware of your own behavior you cannot change or fix your life. Even
when you want too.
You will see the same problems (misperceptions) over and over again
wondering why your life just isn’t working the way you want it to
happen. Until you “wake up” to your behaviors you cannot change them.
In the same way, you do not know your car is breaking down until it will
not start and you want to go somewhere.
Mindfulness teaches 2 types of Awareness:
Awareness of self – lower case s (self)
Awareness of Self – capital S (Self)
Awareness of self (lower case s) tied to your beliefs and a belief always
includes a doubt
Comes from your “ego” mind and is tied to all of your worrisome
stressful or anxious thoughts. It will keep you focused on your regrets
from the past with anxious thoughts of what might happen in the future.
This mind-set is not focused and makes you think you are better than
others. It tries to make you stay negative and critical about almost
everything or everyone. The “ego” mind gives you many excuses to let
your mind, body and soul take care of themselves. It teaches you
judgments, expectations and motives about others. Forgiveness is never
an issue because the “ego” mind does not allow forgiveness, especially
of yourself, since the “ego” mind tells you that you are not responsible.

Most humans wobble between “Awareness of self” and the heightened
“Awareness of Self” until they learn how much peace, love and healing
is found in staying in their “Higher Self.”
All human beings are meant to shine their light of love and until you
come from your Higher Self you cannot fulfill this purpose. So, God/The
Universe sends you trials, tribulations and illnesses to help you
understand.
When you are finally at peace God sends you love, blessings and more
goodness than you can imagine.
